Like you, I began my journey with a fundamental question: Why? I’ve asked myself deep, challenging questions. Why am I the way I am? Why can’t I do more? Why, when I know I’m capable of so much more, do I still feel stuck?
“Why” is powerful. It lies in wait—but it can also propel us forward, even in the face of setbacks, tragedy, or life’s endless demands. I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, juggling a career, family, responsibilities, illness and expectations. I’ve had days where nothing seems to get done, despite my endless to-do lists (I even have lists for my lists!). I blamed exhaustion, a busy schedule, and life itself.
But deep down, I always knew: I was meant for more.

MY WHY
There’s always been a quiet thread running through my life: a pull toward clarity and meaning. Early on, I recognised how deeply the way we see the world affects how we live in it. That awareness became a doorway into insight—first through observation, then reflection, and ultimately through a deep belief in what could be.
Vision, for me, is not just about looking ahead. It’s about understanding the present and aligning with what truly matters. When we root our purpose in care, it becomes powerful. When we pair it with hope, it becomes transformative.
Coaching is more than what I do—it’s who I am. Driven by empathy, guided by purpose, I hold space for people to reconnect with themselves and step into a life shaped by clarity and choice.
